The engGo Sites include a variety of features and services, including an on-line service to post and search employment opportunities (“engGo Services”). The engGo Sites also include on-line communities designed to facilitate valuable professional and personal networking among users of the engGo Sites (“Users”) based on common experiences and interests (“engGo Communities”). The engGo Sites also allow Users to create individual profiles, which may include personal information (”Profiles”), and to make these Profiles, or aspects thereof, public.

engGo may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to this Web page. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms because they are binding on You.

Users who violate these Terms may have their access and use of the engGo Sites suspended or terminated, at engGo’s discretion.

Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older to visit or use any engGo Site in any manner, and, if under the age of 18 or the age of majority as that is defined in Your jurisdiction, must use any engGo Site under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult. By visiting the engGo Sites or accepting these Terms, You represent and warrant to engGo that You have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that You have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant to engGo that You will use the engGo Sites in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Any photo(s)/images uploaded to engGo containing cartoons, comics, celebrities, nudity, pornography, weapons, drugs, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image, (unless you own the copyright) is not permitted. Photos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.

Privacy Reminder

Protect your personal information by never providing social security, credit card or bank account numbers to prospective employers. Please note that information sent or received over the Internet is generally unsecure and engGo cannot and does not make any representation or warranty concerning security of any communication to or from the Web site or any representation or warranty regarding the interception by third parties of personal or other information.

The information contained on the engGo Sites is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide legal, accounting, tax, investment, financial, medical or other advice to you, and you should not rely upon the information to provide any such advice.

To use certain features of the engGo Sites, you may also need a username and password, which you will receive through the registration process.
