Having looked for work as a teacher and used numerous job websites and recruiters in the past, we are trying to create a site that allows you to take complete control of your job search but what are you looking for? What is important to you on this site?

Jobs... I figured that was number one. That is going to be the focus. The forums and the teacher profiles and the networking are all things that can be worked on later.

Agreed?
