1. I apply the method of case-study to help students understand the business theory and how to convert the academic theories into real practice. With more than 25-year experiences in business and being travelling and dealing in 17 different countries, I think my professional background enriches me as a teacher with world vision and I can use many practical experiences in my classroom. My understanding in real-practice helps to explain the situation of an academic theory and its application to my students.
My belief is that when the academic theories cannot be converted into the real thing all the efforts by both teachers and students will be turned in vain.
