Description of Teaching Job - School Overview

KARDIL is an English-teaching center in Konya, TURKEY. It is a private sector establishment under the control of the Ministry of National Education, which means that you will be employed here officially.Student Profile: We teach students from the age of eight to the age of fifty, most of whom are university students and academicians. Currently, we have around four hundred students and expect the number to increase in the following months. As well as general English classes, we have other classes aiming at having students prepare for various examinations, such as TOEFL, IELTS, and other academic exams. Staff: We have five EFL teachers at the moment, who work full-time, and two some local part time teachers, and would like to employ at least four native-speakers of English among EFL teachers responding to our message. Classrooms: The building can hold up to 1000 part time students with its 13 classrooms and our classrooms seat up to 20 students each. They are designed U shaped so that all the students and the teacher can eye-contact each other easily. A native teacher of English to be employed at Kardil must • have a required certification of related internationals (degree from English Teaching Department would be better).• have experience in teaching English of all ages.• be able to devise and apply new materials for upcoming needs of students.• be the one who has words to say about teaching methodology and techniques . • be the one who has words to arrange new classes of different sort.
