Description of Teaching Job - School Overview

Colegio Canadiense is seeking a qualified/experienced Canadian Business/Marketing teacher for a position in Medellin beginning in October, 2010. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting high school marketing classes and should be passionate about helping students learn. The Successful Candidate will meet the following requirements: Hold a valid Canadian teacher certification and a Bachelor of Education with a minimum one year of experience teaching business and/or marketing at an accredited institution. Be fluent and proficient in spoken and written English. Possess a strong interpersonal aptitude and be comfortable working closely with colleagues in the development and delivery of educational materials, lessons, and assessments. Have the ability and willingness to adapt to living and working in Colombia.
